Once people spend time with farm animals in a loving way … a pig or cow or a little chicken or a turkey, they might find they relate with them the same way they relate with dogs and cats. People don’t really think of them that way because they’re on the plate. Why should they be food when other animals are pets? I would never eat my doggies.  Nothing’s changed my life more. I feel better about myself as a person, being conscious and responsible for my actions and I lost weight and my skin cleared up and I got bright eyes and I just became stronger and healthier and happier. You couldn’t disguise what it was. This was what we did to animals to eat them. The animal went from a living, vibrant creature fighting for life to a violent death. I heard a Krishna Consciousness guy in a YouTube video ask ‘How can you expect to be saved if you eat meat?’ I became terrified of having to ‘answer’ for all of the suffering that I was causing for animals and immediately stopped eating meat. Steve-O overcame addiction and became a vegan.

In a study involving 27,000 men over 14 years, scientists at the University of California, San Francisco, found that men who consumed 2.5 or more eggs per week had an 81 percent higher risk of developing lethal prostate cancer compared to men who consumed fewer than half an egg per week on average. Eggs are chickens periods—after their babies have been aborted.  Why would you want to eat someone’s menses?
